
About Me
I am a fully accredited member of the IACP (MIACP) and I hold an MA, BSc (Hons) and Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. This means that I can integrate a variety of different approaches to support your unique needs. This may be a solutions focused approach where CBT principles can offer every day support , through to trauma informed care to empower long term healing. I blend creativity with talk therapy and I believe that we all deserve to be heard in a compassionate, non-judgemental, safe manner.
I also have a post graduate Diploma in Integrative Adolescent Psychotherapy to support clients age 13 and over.
