About Me
I am a fully accredited member of the IACP (MIACP). I hold a BSc (Hons) and Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. I also have a post graduate Diploma in Integrative Adolescent Psychotherapy in order to support clients age 13 and over. I am committed to continued training and development to support my client work and hold professional certificates in the following:

I work relationally with each client and I tailor my approach by using approaches that specifically support your unique circumstances. This may be a solutions focused approach where CBT principles can offer every day support , through to trauma informed care. I blend creativity with talk therapy and I believe that we all deserve to be heard in a compassionate, non-judgemental, safe manner .
I adhere to the ethical guidelines set by the IACP (the Irish Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists), to ensure that I offer the best possible service. This means that I am committed to regular supervision and training to keep my practice up to date with professional guidelines.
