About Me

I am a fully accredited member of the IACP (MIACP) and I hold an MA, BSc (Hons) and Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. This means that I can integrate a variety of different approaches to support your unique needs. This may be a solutions focused approach where CBT principles can offer every day support , through to trauma informed care to empower long term healing.  I blend creativity with talk therapy and I believe that we all deserve to be heard in a compassionate, non-judgemental, safe manner.  

I also have a post graduate Diploma in Integrative Adolescent Psychotherapy to support clients age 13 and over. ​

 

I am committed to continued training and development to support my client work and hold professional certificates in the following:

 

  • Bereavement and Grief Counselling

  • Domestic Violence & Coercive Control

  • Working with Trauma (PTSD and cPTSD)

  • Mindful Self Compassion

  • Ausome Awareness

  • Online and Virtual Counselling​


I adhere to the ethical guidelines set by the IACP (the Irish Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists), to ensure that I offer the best possible service. This means that I am committed to regular supervision and training to keep my practice up to date with professional guidelines.
